All service learning projects are designed to explore the value of art to society, integrating the curriculum of Art Appreciation 1301 curriculum. Projects must consider and benefit artists, the art community, students, and the community.

This project is supervised through the Art Appreciation, Saturday class which meets on the south campus. There are wo Service Learning opportunities:

1. Manage the aesthetic space of the MOC building, downtown Fort Worth.

2. Develop an art project for the faculty building on south campus.

Students in three Art Appreciation classes are allowed to create their own projects, identify the stakeholders, and develop events that meet the overall mission.

As of 2-15-2012 there are 12 different projects being developed.
